Propd. A. T Hancock Secd. Mr Speedy that motion (carried on 21st Sept) re Church being started, and completed by mentioned dates, also that timber be stacked on Site be rescinded. (Carried)
Propd. A. T. Hancock Secd Mr Brading that Church be built on Piles 1 ft higher than those stipulated in Plans & Specifications. (Carried)
Propd. Mr. Groves Secd. Mr Brading that the Contract for building the Church be offered by Revd. Sykes to Mr. C. Daniels on conditions that he (Mr Daniells) will complete the building not later than the middle of March, and that he will increase height of Piles as stated above.
