Minutes of Vestry Meeting held at Tinui Hall, 22nd April 1921, subsequent to the General Meeting.

Present

Vicar & Messrs H. G. Groves, H. B. Maunsell, T. Cripps, A. T. Hancock, D.H. Speedy, A. Speedy, G. Moore, H. Ryder, H. Bennett.

Telephone

Moved Mr Ryder sec. Mr Hancock that Messrs G. Groves & H. B. Maunsell apply for telephone for Vicarage & inquire re expenses. Carried.

Building Committee

Messrs H.B. Maunsell, T. Cripps & D. H. Speedy were reappointed to complete the business in regard to the Vicarage.

Accounts

Accounts amounting to ₤21.10.0 due to the Vicar were passed for payment.

Church of Good Shepherd Grounds

The Local Members of Vestry were appointed to put the grounds & fences in order.

Balance repairs to S. Andrews

Moved Mr Hancock, secd Mr Ryder:

that Mr Cripps place the credit of ₤14 in the P.O. Savings bank until such time as it be required for repair work at S. Andrews.  Carried.

Roof of Church of Good Shepherd

Moved Mr Hancock Secd Mr A. Speedy:

that the Vicarage building committee consider the question of putting shingles on the roof of the Church of the Good Shepherd instead of Tiles as was done at S. Andrews.   Carried.
