Annual Meeting of Parishioners held in the Hall on 14th June 1916

Rev. B. D. Ashcroft presiding

Minutes of last Annual Meeting were confirmed as read on motion of Mr A. J. Speedy secd. Mr E. Schofield.

The Treasr. Mr D. H. Speedy gave a report of the Church Funds & read the Annual Balance Sheet.

Propd. Mr A. J. Speedy secd.Mr. Jennings that Balance Sheet as read be adopted (carried).

Mr Ashcroft appointed Mr R. E. Maunsell Vicar's Warden.

A.T. Hancock was appointed People's Warden.

The following were duly elected Vestrymen.
Messrs H. A. Nevins, D.H. Speedy, H. Sutton, ?Jennings, H. Bennett, G. Groves, T. Dillon, Bartholomew French & A. A. Cameron.

Propd. Mr D. Speedy secd. A.T. Hancock that election of Treas. be left to the Vestry to appoint. (Carried.

Propd. A. T. Hancock secd. Mr Speedy that Mr E. H. Schofield be appointed auditor.

Propd. Mr Ashcroft secd. Mr Maunsell that a hearty vote of thanks be accorded to Miss Langdon (organist) Mrs Perry Sunday School Teacher, the Treasr. & the Ladies who cleaned the Church. (Carried.)

Propd. Mr Ashcroft secd. A.T. Hancock that steps be taken to reform the Parish into one Parochial District. (Carried.)
