Annual Meeting of Parishioners held in the Vicarage on 24/4/[19]12.

Minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed.

The vicar thanked the Vestry & people for the welcome extended to him & the various kindnesses to him on different occasions, he said he would like to see more Sunday Schools in the district.

A discussion took place re fire insurance & it was explained that some of the policies were missing, A. J. Hancock undertook to find them.

Propd. A.J.Hancock secd. Mr Maunsell that Treasurer write to ask Mrs Morrison if she would kindly undertake to canvas Langdale district for new subscribers.  (Carried.)

The Vicar appointed Mr Brading as his Warden. A.J. Hancock was appointed People's Warden.

Propd Mr Speedy secd Mr Brading that the old Vestry be appointed with the addition of Mr A. A. Cameron, all absent members subject to their approval. (Carried.)

Propd. Mr Maunsell secd Mr A. Speedy that Mr Nevins be reelected Synodsman.  (Carried)

Propd. Mr Maunsell Secd A. Hancock that Mr D. H. Speedy be re elected Treasurer (Carried).

Propd Mr A. Speedy secd. Mr Maunsell that Mr Sutton be appointed Auditor.  (Carried)

Minutes of Vestry Meeting held 24/4/[19]12

Present Revd. Hands, Messrs Brading, Maunsell, D. & A. Speedy & Hancock

Minutes of last meeting were confirmed as read.

Correspondence received from Archdeacon Fancourt re Declaration of Trust in connection with the vicarage property, the copy of Declaration of Trust which had been signed by the Church Wardens was read & approved.

Propd. Mr Maunsell secd Mr A. Speedy that E.H. Waddington a/c of ₤1-6-10 be passed for payment.  (Carried)

Propd. Mr Maunsell and Mr D. Speedy that the necessary Marriage banns & Death Registers be procured.  (Carried)

It was agreed that the Deeds of Vicarage property be placed in the Bank of New South Wales for safe custody.  (Carried)
