Annual Meeting of Parishioners, held in the Church of the Good Shepherd at Tinui, 19th April 1911.

Present:  Revd. Phillips (chair), F. Brading, R. E. Maunsell, J. Perry, G. Groves, A. Speedy, & D. H. Speedy.  In the absence of F. W. Groves, D. Speedy took the minutes.

Minutes of last Annual Meeting of Parishioners were confirmed as read.

Rev. Phillips expressed regret that F. W. Groves was unable to be present on account of his daughter's illness.

The Vicar then thanked all those who had so willingly helped in Church matters during the past year. Also that the Vicarage account now stood in such a satisfactory state, there being sufficient available, as to pay off the Vicarage debt.

The local treasurer stated that he

was unable to present a correct balance sheet for the past year.

Proposed by A. Speedy, Secnd by Mr Brading That a meeting of the Vestry be called at a future date, to receive balance sheet and general.  Carried.

The election of officers was as follows.

Mr F. W. Groves, people's warden, R. E. Maunsell (pro) J. A. Perry (Second.)

Vestry, R. E. Maunsell, A. T. Hancock, J. Perry, Brading, A. Speedy, H. A. Nevins, D. Speedy, G Groves, H. Morrison, J. H. Tatham.

J. A. Perry propsd. G Groves second. That Mr Sutton be asked to act as auditor. (Carried)

Synodsman. Mr Nevins, proposed A. Speedy, seconded, R. E. Maunsell.  Carried.

There being no other business the meeting closed.
