Incoming Vestry be asked to have a summary of all the balance sheets printed & sent out in Monthly Church Chronicle.  (Carried)/

Loans

Mr W. G. Groves explained that a loan of ₤200 for 5 years had been arranged to pay off balance of debt outstanding on the Vicarage. The Vestry had sanctioned this at a meeting in September. In addition the Wardens had arranged a similar loan of ₤200 for 5 years & paid it to the vicar to help him in the purchase of a car. The vicar would be responsible for capital & interest. The Vicarage property was thus mortgaged to the extent of ₤400.
