A Meeting of the Vestry was held in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2/6/11

Pres. Rev. Phillips (chair) R. E. Maunsell, F. Brading, J. Perry, G. Groves, A. T. Hancock, A. Speedy, D. Speedy & F. Groves.

Minutes of previous meeting were confirmed as read.

The Treasurer read a statement showing how the Church funds stood, & it was Pro. by Mr Nevins & Sec. by G. Groves that it should be mentioned in the notices that we were ₤58 to the bad & that special efforts be made to try & reduce that amount.

After some discussion about a leak in the roof of the Church, it was pro by Mr Hancock & Sec by Mr Maunsell that the Wardens see into the matter.

The Treasurer stated that he would like Mr Tatham to forward a statement to him re Church collections Etc up to the 31st March in each year.

This being all the business the meeting closed.
