Minutes of last annual meeting were read & confirmed.

Mr D.H. Speedy (Treasr) read the Balance Sheet.

Propd. A. T Hancock secd. Mr G. Groves that Balance sheet as read be adopted subject to it being audited.  (Carried.)

The Vicar in speaking of the year's work thanked the Warden's Vestrymen & especially the Treasurer for their valued work during the year.

The following Vestry were duly elected:  Messrs H. A. Nevins, R. E. Maunsell, D. & A. Speedy, H. Sutton, G. Groves, A. A. Cameron, H. French, H. Bennett & T. Dillon.

Mr D A Speedy - Reappointed Treasurer

Mr A A Schofield - elected auditor

A resolution was carried favouring the Bible in Schools.

Musical items were rendered by Mr & Mrs Hands, Misses Atack, Worboys & Finey [?} and G. M. Wainwright.
