Minutes of Vestry Meeting held in the Church of the Good Shepherd 23rd June 1905

Present
Messrs F. Brading, R.E. Maunsell, F. W. Groves, A. McCutcheon, D.H. Speedy & A. T. Hancock (acting chairman).

Minutes of last meeting were confirmed on motion of Mr R. E.Maunsell Secd. Mr D. Speedy.

Mr McCutcheon reported that Mrs Nicholls would give ₤2-0-0 towards the drawing out of Deeds but she would not accept less than ₤350-0-0 for the property.

Propd. A.T. Hancock Secd. Mr. Groves that the Vestry accept Mr. Bradings offer for Loan of ₤350-0-0 for five years @ 5% and the Vestry purchase Mrs Nicholl's house and land for ₤350-0-0. (Carried)

Propd. Mr. Maunsell Secd. Mr Speedy that Messrs Brading & Hancock be appointed to attend to the purchase of Mrs Nicholl's property.  (Carried).

It was agreed that Messrs Brading & Hancock make arrangements to temporary [sic] borrow the balance of money required and pay for the property straight off.
